Refund Under Exceptional Circumstances
Zoofinc offers a refund option under exceptional circumstances within 30 days of purchase. If technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities prevent the software from functioning, a refund may be issued at Zoofinc’s discretion, deducting order processing and banking fees (up to 35% of the purchase price). To initiate the refund process, customers must provide relevant purchase information (order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code etc). If we are able to positively identify your order, you must submit to us a letter of destruction of software on your company letterhead before we will process the refund. Zoofinc is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, or any communication system delays.
